Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us.
Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Polytechnical Industries arranges supply from Sika's warehouse. We confirm availability, delivery timing and the final total with you before dispatch. The order becomes confirmed when its status changes to CONFIRMED. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you before offering an alternative or cancelling the request.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD, with the LBP equivalent calculated at our current exchange rate at checkout. A value-added tax (VAT) of 11% applies and is shown separately.
Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery (COD). Payment is collected by the driver at the time of delivery.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately using the manufacturer's technical data. Always read the current Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Application results depend on site conditions and workmanship, which are outside our control.
Liability
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for application, storage and handling. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights or remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
