What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the details you provide: name, contact phone and email, delivery address, and (if requested) VAT number for tax invoices.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations, issue invoices, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share the information needed to fulfil your order with Sika and the delivery provider, and with our email provider when email notifications are enabled. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, never in plain text. We keep order records as required for accounting and tax purposes, and no longer than necessary.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us on WhatsApp.
